  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?

    A: Yes, we are available when it's convenient for you.
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Yes, we are completely set up to direct deposit onto the account of your choosing.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: You can see what our leases look like but the individual leases will be signed by Be Green Realty. You can view the executed lease agreement on your owner portal at anytime.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Yes we are a full service Real Estate Brokerage.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Typically payments are deposited directly into the account of your choosing by the 10th of the month.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: It is due on the first. Rent can be paid online. Late fees are collected and effective as of the 2nd to encourage timely payments by residents.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: We typically sign 12 month leases.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: Security Deposit is usually equal to one month's rent.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: We can begin managing right away.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: We manage single family and multi family units.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: You have a portal that allows you access 24/7. All the information is there for you to review. Individual reports can be generated per request as often as you'd like.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: The Owner holds the tenant security deposit in a trust account. Let us you if you don't have a separate account already set up with that. We can help you do that.
