A: Every situation is unique. If you don't qualify on your own, you can utilize a cosigner.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: You are encouraged to pay rent online through the tenant portal.

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: First pay the pet fee, and be prepared to pay $15 per month for pet rent. When you get the pet, we have a pet Addendum to your lease.

Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: Your roommate would need to qualify for the property and then we would remove you from the lease.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: Put in your notice. We will send a reminder of lease expiration 90 days out. If you choose to not renew, please let us know.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: If it part of normal wear and tear, the owner will pay. If its damage caused by the tenants, or their guests, then the resident would be responsible.
